Every single print is made-to-order.
We strictly enforce this production model as a commitment to our craftsmanship. This ensures that every piece of art rolling off our printers heads straight to you, meaning you never receive an old, warehouse-stored item.
Due to this, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges, and only authorise replacements or refunds in the event an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage to both the item and the external packaging.
We ask for these details to swiftly process the shipping insurance claim, allowing us to immediately expedite a replacement or authorise a full refund at your preference. We stand entirely behind our quality and strive to provide art that lasts a lifetime.
Please note; If a return is authorised for any other reason, all return shipping costs and associated cross-border fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
EU Consumer Rights Exemption
Under the European Union's Right of Withdrawal, consumers typically maintain the right to return online purchases within 14 days of receipt. However, under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalised goods.
As every single piece of artwork we produce is bespoke and strictly made-to-order, our products are legally exempt from this standard withdrawal framework. Our commitment to resolving issues regarding damaged or incorrect items, however, remains absolute regardless of your location.
Refund Processing Timelines
In the event that a full refund is authorised for a damaged or incorrect item, the funds will be deposited back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to fully clear and reflect in your account.
Processing times are entirely dictated by your individual bank or credit card provider. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was officially authorised, please reach out to our customer care team so we can investigate the transaction directly with our payment processors.
