Production & Dispatch
We proudly design and oversee every piece from our UK headquarters. To ensure your artwork arrives swiftly and in pristine condition, we operate a refined global production network. By crafting and dispatching your order from our regional hub closest to your destination, we drastically reduce transit times and carbon emissions while maintaining strict, end-to-end control over our gallery-grade quality.
Order Processing
Every piece is made to order and carefully reviewed before dispatch. Standard order processing is completed within 48 hours, Monday through Saturday. During periods of exceptionally high volume, please allow up to 72 hours for your custom print to be prepared. You will receive tracking details via email the moment your artwork leaves our facility.
Shipping Locations & Timeframes
We ship worldwide using globally recognized regional carriers. Estimated delivery times may vary based on your exact location.
Transparent Costs & Zero Customs Fees
We provide transparent, region-based flat shipping rates alongside complimentary delivery on qualifying orders. Costs are calculated at checkout based on your final destination. Because we craft and dispatch your artwork from within your specific region, your order will not be subjected to unexpected import taxes, tariffs, or customs delays at your door.
Tracked & Insured
Every order dispatched is fully tracked and comprehensively insured. In the rare event of a delay or damage whilst in transit, our team will be happy to assist resolve the issue immediately.
Packaging & Protection
Your artwork is shipped in gallery-grade protective packaging. Unframed prints are secured in either reinforced mailing tubes or rigid, hard-backed envelopes. Framed artwork is suspended and protected within heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated boxes to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, ready-to-hang.
Returns & Refunds
Every single print is made-to-order. We strictly enforce this production model as a commitment to our craftsmanship. This ensures that every piece of art rolling off our printers heads straight to you, meaning you never receive an old, warehouse-stored item.
Due to this, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges, and only authorise replacements or refunds in the event an item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such case your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage to both the item and the external packaging.
We ask for these details to swiftly process the shipping insurance claim, allowing us to immediately expedite a replacement or authorise a full refund at your preference. We stand entirely behind our quality and strive to provide art that lasts a lifetime.
Please note: If return is authorised for any other reason, all return shipping fees and associated cross-border costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
